Website Design Services
Our Website Design Process
Our custom website process starts with a consultation to discover the items and themes the client would like on their website. We will also cover items we’ve found are best practices to include on the website. Once the consultation is complete, Auxilia will present the client with a proposal. At this point, the client will need to pay 50% of the invoice to start the website project.
The first stage is to have our graphic designer and content writer begin working on a rough draft mockup of the new site. We will walk through this mockup with the client to see what revisions are needed.
The client will have 2 revisions with the design layout as well as the content. Any additional revisions to the design or content after the 2 revisions will be charged at $95/hour.
Once the mockup is approved, the client will be billed for 25% of the remaining balance on the site and our developer will begin coding the mockup into an actual website. Once coding begins, any changes to the layout, design, or content will be charged at $95/hour.
After the site has been fully built and is operational, Auxilia will walk through the new site with the client. Any changes the client has requested that are not deviations from the approved design and content mockup will be made within 7 business days.
Once the changes are made, the client will be billed for the remaining 25% of the project and the site will be moved to the client’s server or to Auxilia’s live server. After the client has approved the final site, the remaining balance of the project invoice is due.
**Please note, once the site has been built and presented to the client, the client will have 7 business days to review the site and inform Auxilia of any changes. If the client does not review the site within that 7-day period, Auxilia will bill the remaining 25% of the project regardless if the client has approved the site.

SEO Service
At Auxilia, we believe it is best to listen to what Google says in their Web Master documentation. Google cares about user experience and gives their searchers quality information to answer their searches. This ensures that users will continue using Google and not use other search engines.
Google clearly states they do not want websites to be spammy nor backlinks to be spammy, they don’t want keyword stuffing to “trick the system”. They simply want webmasters to ensure that their websites are providing fresh, helpful, relevant, thorough, engaging, question-answering, and user-oriented content. Summed up, they want user-first content over search-engine-first content.
At this point, the Google algorithm and machine learning is so advanced that not following their clearly stated desire is seriously dangerous to your website’s performance in the SERPs (search engine results page).
Our SEO plans are designed to give Google exactly what they want by giving Google’s users exactly what they want. This means results are not immediate. SEO is a long-term plan to build your web presence and digital credibility through educating your future and current clients, offering solid resources within your industry via your website’s blog or online videos, answering searchers’ questions, structuring your website in a logical and well-thought through manner so its easy to navigate, and growing your social media presence.
Our SEO plans start at the “baby-step” level and grow into a comprehensive approach to accomplish what is mentioned directly above. Our SEO plans aren’t meant to get quick and easy results today that will result in penalties from Google tomorrow. We want to be user-oriented. To think “user-first” in our approach.
All of our plans include directory citation management to ensure your brand’s online identity is consistent, having the same name, address, phone, web address, hours, logos, etc. Consistency is critical to your brand’s online image as it is not confusing to users.
All of our plans include blogging. This ranges from baby blogging, or once-a-month 500-word blogs to advanced blogging which is weekly with masters degree level writers composing 500-word to 1000-word blogs. These blogs are distributed on Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This usage of social media promotes your company’s helpful content and it creates more opportunities for exposure.
One note, Auxilia will send the blog topic prior to writing. The client has 24 hours to respond if the topic is unacceptable. After the 24-hour period, the blog topics will be composed and any changes to the blog will incur and additional charges.
Google Ads Service
Our Google Ads service aids both lead generation and e-commerce clients. The monthly service pricing consists of a management charge plus an additional percentage charge of the ad spend.
What is included?
For both lead generation and e-commerce, we use a funnel approach. This would begin with brand awareness for cold traffic. Next, we move the client to interact with your brand and visit your site. This is a consideration phase. The next phase is conversion–an online sale or lead. The next level in the customer journey is after your company provides excellent service or delivers an excellent product, and that is to retarget existing clients for cross-sells and up-sells and to encourage them to become brand evangelists.
Throughout the month, we use or perform the following:
- AnyTrack First Party Cookies – AnyTrack is a UTM tracking software that allows first-party cookies to be used to track a user’s journey with your website/brand. It feeds essential data back to Google to enhance conversions.
- Call Tracking Metrics – We record all phone calls that come into the business by Google Ads, we listen to the calls and rate them as either a lead or non-lead. The leads we manually upload them to Google Ads so their machine learning can go find more phone calls that are legitimate leads.
- Data Feed Watch – The key to selling your products on Google is to have as many eligible products within Google Merchant Center as possible. To achieve this, we use Data Feed Watch to integrate as a bridge between your website and Google Merchant Center. This tool allows us to manipulate your product data to ensure as many items are able to be sold as possible.
- Negative Keyword Maintenance – On a weekly basis, we review the search terms that showed your ads. Non-revenue-generating search terms are added meticulously to the negative keywords list to enhance your campaign’s performance.
- Budget Allocation Assessment – Sometimes campaign budgets need more or less money. So while staying within your budget we tweak the amount of money each campaign needs to be successful within its place in the funnel.
- Ad Performance Monitoring – We check on the performance of the ads and make enhancements where needed to ensure the right messaging is being used at the right place in the marketing funnel.
- Account/Campaign Strategy Assessment – Google’s machine learning takes time. When we set up an account with its campaigns, we want to give Google time to make its adjustments. As we perform the uploading of phone leads, as we enhance searches by using negative keywords, as we perfect the budget allocations, and enhance the ad copy, Google will need time to make adjustments to grow your business. Thus we don’t touch this often as too much fussin’ around will hurt performance.
A word about budgets
Google is pay-to-play. They have (by far and without competition) the largest platform available to help businesses grow. More competition and fewer potential clients mean higher cost-per-click prices. We may need to ask for a budget increase if we notice the campaign(s) aren’t getting enough traction to convert at a reasonable price. We will never do this without your prior consent but it is a possibility that we’d need to have that discussion.
Social Media Service
Auxilia’s social media service is used to build awareness for our client’s businesses using the most popular social media channels. Our social posting plans include posting on:
- Facebook,
- Instagram,
- Twitter,
- LinkedIn,
- TikTok,
- Google My Business, and
- YouTube
The posts we create are video and image posts with text and hashtags. Important to note is that we only post videos to TikTok and YouTube, and we only post once a week on Google My Business regardless of how many additional times we post on other social channels.
Also, Auxilia does not interact with the posts nor “boost” them.
If a client is unhappy with a certain post, Auxilia will give the client one modification per post to fix any problems.
Facebook/Instagram Ads Service
When stating “Facebook”, the Instagram platform is implied. For Facebook, we use a similar approach to Google Ads, namely, a funnel to bring people from unaware of your business to brand evangelists.
The monthly service pricing consists of a management charge plus an additional percentage charge of the ad spend. We can serve both lead-generation businesses as well as e-commerce.
What is included and needed?
This service requires either participation from the client by way of posting weekly to social media or it requires the use of Auxilia’s social media marketing program.
There are two types of posts (generally speaking) on social media. There are videos and there are static images with text. Facebook users prefer videos — engaging videos that will move them through the funnel.
Neither Auxilia nor any other marketing company can make videos as effectively as the principles of a business. We can give direction but at the end of the day, social media marketing is a system of marketing to which every business must adapt.
It is highly recommended that the client find someone in your company who has the ability (and courage) to make short videos. Someone that our team can work with.
If videos are not able to be procured then the next best alternative is the standard static image and text. If the client is able to produce these posts on a regular basis then Auxilia can utilize the ads platform to employ them at the correct spot in the client funnel. If the client is not able to produce these posts then Auxilia is able to make social media posts that use videos along with static images and text. Those are not included in the monthly pricing and are an additional charge.
Our monthly Facebook Ads service includes:
- AnyTrack First Party Cookies – AnyTrack is a UTM tracking software that allows first-party cookies to be used to track a user’s journey with your website/brand. It feeds essential data back to Facebook to enhance conversions. It also helps with pesky deduplication issues.
- Call Tracking Metrics – We record all phone calls that come into the business via Facebook Ads, we listen to the calls and rate them as either a lead or non-lead. The leads we manually upload them to Facebook Ads so their machine learning can go find more phone calls that are legitimate leads.
- Data Feed Watch – The key to selling your products on Facebook is to have as many eligible products within the Facebook Shop product catalog as possible. To achieve this, we use Data Feed Watch to integrate as a bridge between your website and Facebook Shop. This tool allows us to manipulate your product data to ensure as many items are able to be sold as possible.
- Budget Allocation Assessment – Sometimes campaign budgets need more or less money. So while staying within your budget we tweak the amount of money each campaign needs to be successful within its place in the funnel.

Email Marketing Service
Auxilia’s email marketing program is a nurture-based email marketing strategy. Auxilia uses AWeber for lead generation companies and Klaviyo for e-commerce businesses.
This service includes a one-time setup fee along with a monthly management fee. Included in the setup fee is:
- Website integration,
- AWeber or Klaviyo setup,
- Composition of 5 intro emails based on the customer avatar canvas, and
- Composition of first 2 months of emails.
Included in the monthly management are:
- Composition of 2 nurture emails written in text-based format (up to 300 words), and
- Management of the company email list to ensure the list is in compliance.
Please note that additional email “blasts” are not included with this plan and will be charged our agency hourly rate.
A Note About The Number of Emails and Formatting
Auxilia has chosen to send only nurture emails at a rate of 2 per month. Studies have shown that less is more and it is better to have 2 quality emails each month that are nurturing rather than a continual “dripping” of sales emails. Furthermore, we have chosen to compose all emails as text-based emails with limited images and videos, and styling. The rationale for this is that plain text emails tend to make it to the inbox of the recipient more so that emails containing images, videos, and styling.
Paid Ads Power Boost
The Paid Ads Power Boost is a lightly managed Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaign used to enhance your business’ SEO & social media work. It is designed for clients that are not yet at a point to invest $10,000 a month in paid ads but who need the extra added benefit of paid ads to enhance their SEO and social media marketing.
This plan is specifically for lead generation accounts and not e-commerce. Included in this plan are:
- AnyTrack First Party Cookies – AnyTrack is a UTM tracking software that allows first-party cookies to be used to track a user’s journey with your website/brand. It feeds essential data back to Facebook to enhance conversions. It also helps with pesky deduplication issues.
